APPLICATION DEADLINE
9 December 2026 Wednesday — close of business
Applications will close at the end of business on Wednesday, 9 December 2026. Applications submitted after this date will not be evaluated.
Dear Students,
Under Provisional Article 85, added to Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Article 14 of Law No. 7592, which was published in the Official Gazette No. 33335 of 9 August 2026 and entered into force, students whose enrolment at higher education institutions was terminated have been granted the right to re-enrol under certain conditions.
01Application Process
Three steps from application to final registration

Online Application
Applications will be accepted online through our University's Student Information System (OBS). Applications by e-mail or courier will not be accepted.

Uploading the Documents
The wet-signed petition and the other documents listed below are uploaded to the system during the application.

Final Registration
Final registration is completed at the academic unit from which the student was dismissed, with the originals or certified copies of the documents uploaded to the system.
02Method of Application and Final Registration

Applications will be accepted online through our University's Student Information System (OBS).
Applications by e-mail or courier will not be accepted.
Applications submitted after the stated date will not be evaluated.
Final registration is carried out at the academic unit from which the student was dismissed, in person, by the legal representative or by a proxy appointed through a notary, with the originals or certified copies of the documents uploaded during the application.
03Documents Required for Application and Final Registration
Documents are uploaded during the application; the originals are submitted at final registration
2Photocopy of the Turkish identity card
3Criminal record certificate
Current barcoded document obtained via e-Devlet
4ÖSYS / YKS / DGS result document
For those who earned the right to register but did not enrol
5Original or certified copy of the high school diploma
For those who earned the right to register but did not enrol
6Original or certified copy of the associate degree diploma
For those who earned the right to register through DGS but did not enrol
7Military service status document
Male candidates
Please note: The application period ends at the close of business on 9 December 2026 . The petition must be uploaded to the system with a wet signature; applications submitted after the stated date will not be evaluated.
